Your requirement profile is the method we use to streamline your requirement process linking each of the necessary requirements to your profile. The seven necessary requirements for safe & competent overseas work are;
employment, travel, accommodation, Immigration Visas/H-2A) insurance, tax & communication.
You will be required to complete additional paperwork such as travel arrangements, travel documents, work permits. However, we will streamline this for you and provide you with all the forms you need to complete and keep a saved log in order to create your final recruitment pack.

Locate suitable placement for work
We will liaise with farms and agricultural employers to gain you suitable employment. We will obtain confirmation evidence and update you and your recruit profile

Locate accommodation while you work
We will identify whether the place of employment has on-site accommodation or other alternatives. Regarding travel we can support locating hotels if necessary.

Locate travel to get to your new career destination
We will identify travel plans to ensure safe arrival at you new work place. locating flights, how to get to and from the airport, etc. This way you can focus on your new role rather than getting there!

Streamline the immigration/work visa process
When working abroad exploring and figuring out the legal paper-work can be confusing. We will provide you with the forms you need to complete and how to complete them! we will keep a record of these and update them onto your recrutment profile.

Locate communication networks while overseas
Phone networks vary when overseas and there can be a need for mailing services or money transfers. We can support you in finding a suitable telecom network provider. Nearby postal services or money transfer operators.

Signpost and support understanding of insurances
When travelling or working abroad it is important to understand the insurance available for comfort and safety while working. Health, travel and work insurances are often taken out by overseas workers. We can sign-post and shed some light on what might support your journey to develop[ing your career

Support your understanding of the tax where you will be working
We will support you by providing relevant documents on the tax system in the state, county or country you will be working in. That way you will be up-to-date on your overall pay, to help manage your season

Provide to you your final recruitment pack
Once we have linked each of the necessary requirements to your recruitment profile, we will create your final recruitment pack. This will be sent to you.
That way you can be prepared for your season of overseas work, and not have to worry about the admin.

Necessary requirements database
We process your recruitment profile by utilising our Necessary requirements database (NRD). This has a collection of data in order to allow a sift and streamlined approach you your recruitment. the necessary requirements database covers seven key ares;
