Our story

How we formed

We offer a service to connect professional seasonal agricultural workers with US employers. I have over a decade of agricultural experience, primarily engineering. However, during my work as seasonal agricultural professional, throughout North America in both USA & Canada. I found difficulties in locating opportunities regarding actual farms and employers. Confusion, when exploring the legal forms required regarding overseas work permits. Alongside these primary concerns accommodation, travel, insurance, tax and communication. We’re also on my mind.  These work experiences led me to understand the seven necessary requirements for safe & competent seasonal agricultural work; Farm, Immigration, accommodation, travel, insurance, tax and communication. Therefore, we have formed our service to support professionals seasonal workers to connect with employers in a streamlined approach. Not just organising recruitment to employment. But also, to support our recruits organise and liaise the seven necessary requirements to safe and competent seasonal agricultural work.
